Brett Hoebel was a celebrity trainer on NBC’s The Biggest Loser and was named one of the world’s “Top 100 Health & Fitness Influencers.” He is also the founder of the positive vibes apparel Sweat With Soul, a published author and creator of the 20 Minute Body. He earned his Bachelor degree in Neuroscience and is a Brazilian Capoeira martial artist, Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach, 200 RYT Yoga instructor and salsa dancer. Once an overweight teen and now a body-positive advocate, Brett has a fitness from within philosophy, “fit isn’t a look… it’s a feeling.”
