Yoga Brazil: A Powerful & Restorative Fusion

Yoga Brazil™ was created by celebrity trainer, Hatha certified yoga instructor and capoeira practitioner, Brett Hoebel and is a cutting-edge fusion class that combines an athletic style of yoga with the fluid movements of the Brazilian martial art capoeira.

This unique class starts with sun salutations and blends in fundamental capoeira movements. The sequence builds gradually introducing new offensive and defensive capoeira movements and yoga poses. Toward the end of the class, the full sequence is done as one seamless and powerful flow that is a true calorie burning and booty toning experience. The class ends with a well-deserved Shavasana (restorative pose). This is a one-of-a-kind challenging workout, but the organic movements mixed with capoeira songs and electronic dance music, make it more like playtime than exercise.
