Dennis! Like I always say…”life begins outside your comfort zone.” It’s obvious you believe the same and live the same. I salute you for taking that risk b/c many people do not. Brett
Great vid Brett. I’ll concur and say that working out is the EASIEST way to breach your comfort zone because it happens very quickly.
Resisting the urge to drop a dumbbell when the lactic acid is burning or going down for another squat when you feel as if you won’t make it back up makes you mentally tough. It makes you improve quicker and it cascades into other areas of your life.
So if anybody else sees this, find your comfort zone and make a point to stay out of it. I’m not saying spend the whole day jogging everywhere or assume the lotus position everytime you sit, but I AM saying you could continually do things that intimidate you, scare you or things you avoid.
It’ll help you grow and you’ll become stronger and far more successful as a result.
Cheers Brett. There’s a lot I can take home from this. Keep em coming bud.
Dennis.
